I have been married for two and a half years. Things have always been tough on the communication end of things. My wife and I never solve problems, we just box them away. Lately I have been thinking a lot about an old girlfriend of mine and have been wondering if I should contact her. I can't get this woman out of my mind. Maybe I should try to patch things up with my wife.

It's easy when things aren't going so good at home to think back on old friends and wonder if things would have been different with them.

Not solving problems and boxing them away will get you nowhere in your marriage. There has to be communication to make things work.

You need to try to patch things up with your wife before you can even think about someone else seriously. Suggest marriage counseling to her hopefully together you can get your problems out in the open and learn how to deal with them.
