I'm having an affair with my boss and he is also married. I don't know what to do. I love him and he says he loves me, but there are so many reasons we can't be together. He says the type of job we have, the boss can't date the employees. One will have to get transferred, so our relationship is a big secret. He keeps telling me to wait and that it will happen. He tells me that he doesn't want me dating anyone and he calls me his girlfriend. How am I his girlfriend when he is married?

Your boss is a big jerk and is using you. As long as he can keep you a secret and get what he wants, nothing will change.

Tell him that it's over and mean it. If he gives you a bad time, you have legal alternatives against him.

If that isn't an option...check into that transfer...without him...or start looking for another job.
